I think an indifference thread would spark debate. Maybe a thread about strength (physical and/or mental) and what role strength plays in persevering through trials and tribulations? Like how much we rely on our own strength versus relying on God's strength.. Just a suggestion. :)

If you use this idea, say "my friend Lady Blue inspired this." :p lol jk
Oh that's a good one!! Quite a few examples of both in Scripture also. It's also one that is really tough to argue against. Shoot my personal life if full of examples of that also. Oh I like it :)

How in the world can a 7 year old child drown at the YMCA.
Just read it in the paper, happened on Wednesday in Union,
S.C. They were a ton of adults, 4 life guards. Where were these
people at? They were not doing their job, fire everyone of them.
So, so, sad, child never had a chance at life.
More sadness. That is terrible.

and swollen eyes..lol.. :(
Well, I think strange is not the right word. I woke up in pain and I didn't want to come right out and say it. Lol. Lately I have been on a roller coaster ride where I am fine one minute and the next I am a complete mess. I don't get it

i remember that ride. i know the struggle, young one.

this weekend, my self esteem was attacked, but through Holy Spirit, i was able to push through the mess. this morning, i woke up on the sad side, but i then said, "no. no!" i started thanking God for His many many blessings.

for the past few months, i've really come to understand the verse "submit to God. resist the devil, and he will flee."

sigh. God is good.

Want to know something kinda funny, that verse has been on my heart for the last month or so and I have. I just believe that I am currently on the right track and after what I did on Friday and what God spoke to me that he has something right around the corner for me, the enemy is trying to make me doubt what God already told me. I keep having faith and keep reminding myself and God what he told me, I will be okay. Thanks

I won't be able to fix it at my end. :p Growing up, I had a friend named Ken that had two horses. One of them was named "Thunder" and Ken was going to let me ride him, but he let his cousin go first. Thunder blasted off like a rocket, jumping over a fence and a creek while the whole time his cousin was yelling for Ken to stop the horse! The horse finally stopped just before running into the barn and nearly threw his cousin off. Then Ken told me, while still laughing his head off, now it's your turn. I said NO WAY!!! :D
Where is your sense of adventure? You should have asked if it had a setting higher than low. :p
i only rode a horse on a Merry go round when i was little, but i rode a mechanical bull after graduation at my project grad. I was the insane one who rode it like 19 times and couldnt walk right for a week, but i had the longest time lol

Try a bowl of onion dip?
or just some ketchup packets?

Maybe a stick of butter?

That's what I snack on...yes, people stare at me, but that doesn't really matter, they stare at me anyway. :(

How long between breakfast and lunch? Maybe your breakfast is not nutritious enough? I just had my breakfast of Morning Crisp cereal, to which I add three tablespoons of a nut and seed mixture with raisins and dried cranberries. It holds me quite well for three hours :)
