you are special in the sight of God. When no one cares, remember God's care. Even, every strand of your hair are numbered. You are more than the sparrow. Don't entertain the negative thinking. When the negatives come in, just read your Bible and spend time in your prayer. It can help a lot. You can do all thing through Christ which strengtheneth you. He is in Control.

You are special sister! I know life can be horrible and it just beats down on you until you feel like you're going to break but hang in there hun! GOD DOES AND WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER! and He hears your prayers...I find Revelations 7:17 gives me great encouragement...hopefully it helps you too <3

I've been there Elizabeth I struggled with self harm and depression for a few years. With God you can overcome ANYTHING. I promise I will be praying for you, make sure you pray too! I know it seems impossible to overcome this it really is like an addiction but you can. You are very strong for posting this, God is always by your side through the good and the bad. Keep praying and never lose hope.
Sis. Theres a lot I could tell you about this.... but maybe here is not the best place to post all that I'd choose to say. So I'll just say two things:
Hanging out in cutter n Ana freak forums is sorta helpful if you have a good counsellor helping the group. But groups can sorta feed off each other esp when u start FBing to each other and...well u probably know how it is. If u've booked a good self harm counselling group - try to hang onto the strategies. Its tough sometimes but when u have to release u gotta use the strategy u planned.
The other thing I'll say is that I don't know any cutter where the problem was the cutting - theres something else n I really hope u have a counsellor helping u out with that.
I'm on board a few good online groups if u wanna hook up but I don't wanna say much more here about that
