Would you take that as a backhanded compliment or a innocent compliment?

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. (It wasn't me. My ancestors left Prussia back in the late 1830s).

Bless you Skylove. :) But I promise, I'd make you all sick before you could wear me out from baking. Which I SHOULD be doing, but am not because I've been focusing on other things today.... but good things.

Off to make the doughnuts... or, I mean, cheesecakes.

(and what's with this SUMMER thing when everyone is off doing other stuff instead of writing here so I have things to comment on. NO FAIR.)
 
I slept weird last night (I know...it's and adverb and should be "weirdly," but that sounds weird). I crashed on the couch downstairs just taking a break from computer play and kitchen chores. I only rested my eyes "just for a minnit" and woke up two hours later. I was groggy and while getting a glass of water I was also looking out for the giant orange tarantula that I had dreamed about which didn't really exist. I went to bed upstairs in my bed and slept more soundly for three more wonderful hours.
