Hi Faniehennig.
I was wondering if when you write if you could explain what your saying to the teens. I think I'm reasonably smart but when I read your posts I'm always totally confused what your saying. I'm just thinking that maybe for our benefit it would help if you wrote a bit more simply or explained the actual verses you quote. Otherwise your good efforts are lost on us...well me at least

What about believing in Jesus Christ being the sole condition for eternal life? (Jn 3:16)
We must realize, that at that point in history, it was believed that the father, and the father only, contributed what we would today call the genetic make up of the child. What they called the male seed was regarded as containing an entire nascent human being. As a consequence, they regarded any wastage of the seed as tatamount to murder. This explains why masturbation, coitus interuptus and even wet dreams were considered to be serious sins. The role of the woman was solely that of providing the warm nurturing environment for the developing child. She had no genetic contribution to make.
OK but - well obviously at that point in history they were wrong coz we now know that a persons genes are a result of Meiosis of male and female....so... how are we meant to now view those verses?

I had quite a trouble getting rid of masturbation, you think it's just innocent pleasure until you try to stop it, you realise too late it's an addiction and you live by the flesh and not by the spirit.
Here's my tought on this, it is normal as a young man going trough puberty to know his body, but an easy access to porn and lusty things going on tv and other medias will make this into an habit and it will become an addiction.
my advice is to fast and pray, pray everytime you want to do it. the fasting will help you control your body.
Good luck, god bless you, our cause is worthy of the sacrifice of this sin (because it is one)
