Bless you Skylove! Well, truthfully? I'm not sure how I started cooking or how it is that I do it well... I suppose it's a God thing. You know... use the talents that you are given. I'm game to teach you if you'd like to learn. You wouldn't be my first distance learner when it comes to food.

My last student LITERALLY didn't know how to boil water. You laugh, but... she didn't know what boil meant. She's become fairly competent, not so afraid to try new things and will make substitutions. Let me know if you are interested... it's so fun to see a person 'get' cooking when they didn't.

And with thyme? You kinda put it in everything savory (meaning, not sweet). It's a very versatile herb, and very tasty!

there is always a remnant that love The Lord. Also, though there are those that seem like theyre lukewarm, maybe theyre just a smoldering wick, or a bent reed. in any event, God wont snuff them out. I shall encourage them and assume God will rekindle their walk with Him
 
i recently prayed that God would glorify me (essentially, "just take me home Lord, I dont feel like ive got much else to do here". We'll see what happens :D

Best french toast in the world starts with my sourdough bread. Milk, egg, cardamom, butter. People who lack knowledge of spices or lack cardamom in their spice racks may substitute cinnamon... but it just ain't the same.

Hmmm, has never used Cardamom.

My french toast is milk, eggs, a splash of vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.
 
Mine is half-and-half (cause that's how we roll at Ole's house), eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. I might try cardamom if I get a spare egg around these parts (5 dozen a week, and none of them for me!)

So Lynx, do you use white or green cardamom and are you grinding it yourself or are you using a prepared powder?

Until now I see you have 2 followers but, it would be profitable that, your arts and teaching might be kept for further and unending use (to spare you time! ´cause it would take time to teach)

If you choose to upload those videos on ehow (as for an example) you could get few coins to buy anything, like a bunch of flowers.

I think it's sad that cooking isn't a skill everyone must learn before leaving home. Because...FOOD, y'all.

That being said, I'm still not particularly good at it myself. But!!! I'm getting better!! Last night I successfully made fried chicken for the first time...every previous attempt has been...well, not fit for human consumption. *shudders* oh, the horror...

I'm being attacked by tiny humans who keep calling me "Mom". What is this, I don't even...

If you tell her you are practical (buying the one sold and powdered) she might think you´re not romantic, like that folk I made a pic (I would post later on)
