That is where you are very wrong!!!! You assume I hold the pope over God or any man. That is blatantly false!!! In the last 3 mths have I ever said anything like that? Man, I qualify to be pope, but I don't want it. ( I am a baptised and confirmed and male in good standing with the church. I'm old enough,too)I can't hold in any esteem an office an old headbanger like me would be qualified for. Now having said that doesn't mean I don't give the office respect! I don't think the pope is God (how many times Lord do I have to say it?)nor do I think he is anywhere close to God. But for real people, somebody has to lead the Church. Doesn't somebody at your church have final say when it comes to decisions? Somebody is the governing authority when it comes to decisions from financial all the way to when the next potluck dinner or ice cream social is. Is that person in your church the Antichrist?

I Love Jesus with all my heart and soul. How can you say i don't when i correct a tiny error in dogma on your side? Ya'll do this to me all day and I know for sure that the Catholic words "Immaculate Conseption" refer to Mary's birth without original sin! It is a teaching of the Church that you protestants ," taking a Catholic teaching" and saying it is something. different. Yes, we most certainly teach and know that Jesus is the one and only begotten Son of God!!!!!!! Have you ever read the Nicine Creed?? What about the Apostles Creed?

I am not trying to be mean, but again, you can;t get mad at us when we do not believe things, when God did not think it was important enough to put things like immaculate conception in the bible. I mean he put everything else that occurred at that time in there, why not this? This alone should get you to question the validity of the doctrine, but hey if you do not want to question it, thats on you. But do not get mad at us if we do.

If I were to believe you, then i have to believe there are thousands of Holy Spirits each teaching something diffferent because you all claim the Holy Spirit here and just a glance at these threads shows that can't be right

ok, try to understand this:

1.) Jesus did have two human parents, BUT Joseph was not His biological father. God was. So technically, Jesus had 2 fathers, one earthly, one heavenly.

2.) Mary was born to human parents. She was NOT immaculately conceived. She WAS a sinner, but held in high favor by God. Since Mary was born to human parents, and was fully human herself, she also was born with sin, as are all humans. She did NOT have magic powers that kept her sinless in the womb.

3.) The ONLY begotten child of God was Jesus. Not Jesus AND Mary. There is no misunderstanding this concept unless you happen to be a catholic. The bible itself says Jesus was the only begotten of God. Read John 3:16.

4.) As long as you keep believing that Mary WAS immaculately conceived, satan's gonna drag you down further and further until you end up where he is.

You want to be a true Christian? Stop believing that Mary was immaculately conceived, because no TRUE, honest christian believes any of that poppycock..

The RCC is a false religion, and the pope is a false prophet, and they worship satan, NOT God. The RCC is evil and the sooner you realize that, the better off you'll be..

Being a catholic, you belong to a religion who places a man at the head of what they deem is the "Church of Jesus Christ", but it isn't. So, right there, you are part of a mere religion among countless world religions, but it only mimics Christianity. It is NOT THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST in any way. It's just another religious organization, or club---with membership rules and behaviour rules, and countless tenets to adhere to and believe. Truly, it does fill the bill as a cult.

Jesus is the head of the Church---His Church, His Body on Earth. He did not appoint one single human being to lead it or to be head over it. Only Jesus is!

That the RCC teaches that it is the holder of all truth is a false claim, as the true Church, the people of God, saved through faith in Jesus Christ, make up the Church, and WE are the bearer of His truth to the world. Your religion has failed in understanding that the Body of Christ is the total of all believers in the world, and not a Vatican-based religious monolith. Jesus had nothing to do with its establishment, whatsoever.

It is completely obvious in this post of yours that you do not understand the word of God, have never read it, and have yet to know the truth about having a personal relationship with Jesus. You have no clue what a heresy is, having embraced countless of them that the RCC has groomed you with.

None of those things on your list can sever the unity that true believers have with one another.

Rather than just spew out what you've been programmed to believe, try studying the word of God to find out if what they say is true. THEN, you will be able to declare that much of your indoctrination has been erroneous and you will be able to join in a rousing discussion about those things.

The bad part is they are not your arguments they are your churches. I have heard them all. Your not the first one to try to share them, I have studied them. Thats the part I do not think you are seeing, Alot of catholics come in here acting as if no one knows or understands what they believe, Which is not true. I am not a master debater. I am not even here to debate, I am here to hopefully discuss the word of God. You know that wonderful "love letter" God gave to his people.
