They both believed that Mary was the Queen of Heaven who intercedes in prayer for the Church. They both believed that Mary was sinless. They both believed Mary had no other children apart from Jesus. They both believed that only the Church (their own) can interpret and teach Scripture rightly.

True, strong, believers, who are free in Christ share the same faith, and are in agreement on all matters pertaining to salvation and spiritual growth. As for eschatology, there can be disagreement due to differences in spiritual growth in the word, maturity, and just plain dedication to studying the issue. It has no bearing on the fact that we are kin.
However, while there may be a few who are spiritual kin within the RCC, the Lord will bring them out by a work of His revelation to them. You are not out...yet. Hopefully, as you become more and more yielded to His word, you will hear Him call you away from there. Will you obey Him?
There is hypocrisy everywhere and certainly I have never met more hypocrites than those who call themselves Christians and are in the RCC. Their lives just do not add up to what their mouths claim.
By the way, as a blood-bought child of the living God, I am not a protestant. I am a born again Christian, living for Jesus.
