gah! it's that time of year.
caller: i've never been to a chiropractor. i need an appointment.
me: next available appointment for a new patient is [say day].
caller: the thing is we're going on vacation on [date that is sooner rather than later], and i need something ASAP.
me: .......... next available is
it seems that everybody remembers they're in pain when they're about to go out of town. then they get mad/frustrated when i don't have what THEY want. >_<

I just spoke with a collection agency two days ago... And Now I get another phone call from the same place but different guy asking why don't I want to pay it in June. Um.... How about maybe because I can't afford to in June, Mr. Money guy? You would think they would know I want this paid off just as badly, considering it's been 13 months now my diploma is being withheld from me. Gah! I can't wait for this to finally be over.
it's very easy for an established patient to come in since the dr can see 2 to 3 people at the same time. new patient appointment takes longer because of the exam.

I see. Well, most all of us (around 500) are on maintenance, so I guess that makes the difference.

I feel so guilty asking for prayer since we have so many people that have prayer requests, but right now I have an excruciating migraine and I don' t feel very well on top of it. I am so stinking tired of these migraines and I am out of my prescription and the insurance will not refill it until the 20th, so I am stuck taking Aleve, which generally doesn't work. The doctor is currently having me on a Beta Blocker for treating the migraines so I don't have as many of them and so far it has helped decrease them dramatically.
Even though I have a really bad migraine, I did have a wonderful day
