Do you ever have those times when you're trying to put off real life by spending an entire afternoon looking up random, meaningless things on the internet?

A couple days ago at work, I noticed one of the young guys had a red knit hat with 2 black raccoon-like black markings with white circles in the middle for eyes. At first, I thought it was Spider-Man (a personal favorite), and then I started thinking out loud... "Hey, is your hat... Daredevil... *cue finger snaps*... No, no... Wait!! It's Deadpool!!" and he was so impressed that he gave me a high-five because everyone else had guessed Spidey.

I guess that couple of hours I spent researching the character (because I'd never heard of him before I watched the X-men movie), including watching an episode of Ultimate Spider-Man vs. Deadpool, in which he tells Spidey his plan is to ambush the bad guys and "Un-Alive Them!" LOL), actually had a purpose!

Except that now I really want a Deadpool t-shirt.

Feeling a little better today. Had a humongous headache yesterday, but it's barely there today. Energy levels, well, I'm suspecting they won't be completely back until at least this weekend. So this week is chill-out time. Not gonna put a whole lot of pressure on myself to do things because you know, it takes time to get well. Forcing myself to get better won't make me better any faster. Sooo yeah.
