I found out the culprit is my thyroid (darned hypothyroid). Definitely need to stay away from wheat and ALL dairy for right now. I'm definitely not surprised about my thyroid. Mom had thyroid issues, I've had some slight issues in the past. So, now knowing these things he's given me the things I need and I'll be taking the necessary steps to fix this.

An interview is a great start! Keep your résumé in circulation and your options open, still. If they hire you and you really like it, then you can consider laying low in your job search - although it's not exactly wrong to take another offer after you've been hired if it's better for you.
