mostly because the moderators don't ban the ones who are promoting the heresy.
if they did, if they had time to, it would be a lot more edifying on the forum,
just like excluding the gestapo nazi buzzards from kindergarten or college --- when the
nazi's (who were and are supported by the rcc) are present, it's just not as safe....
and the heresy is not safe for anyone, anywhere.....

Satan's manipulations are geared to humanity who are religious and superstitious and who want to find truth but think they have to do something to get it (legalism). The RCC and many other religions appeal to that, and end up being rooted in the hearts of men. Satan loves creating a smorgasbord of choices. Anything that sets itself up against God like this gathers more and more blind followers. Nothing can break their spell except the pure gospel of Jesus Christ.

True, His love and forgiveness overflow towards those who are his own. But they did not overflow to the Sadducees, or the Scribes and Pharisees (with the exception of those who sought Him). The world is divided into two kinds of people. Those who respond to Jesus Christ and those who do not. The religions of those who do not respond may be very beautiful, but they are anathema in the sight of God. The idea that because men are 'seeking' that somehow gives them virtue is untrue. Many die 'seeking' and they are lost. Salvation is not found in religion however close it might appear to be to true Christianity. It is found through a personal knowledge of Jesus Christ, and the genuine inward working of the Holy Spirit. All other ways are vain.

I am pleased to hear it, and thank God for it. But I still think you need your theology straightened out
Incidentally this is a thread where Roman Catholics, whom the site sees as heretical, come to propagate their beliefs. If they do so they must expect to be put straight. For much of what they believe IS heretical. We have to consider the silent watchers who weigh up what is said and can be led astray. .
because it is important to uphold the truth. Incidentally until the last week or so it was a pinned thread as a 'warning' to Roman Catholics that they were seen as heretics on here. But Roman Catholics use it to propagate their falsehoods. It is therefore necessary to reply.
I am 100 % agree. some time legalism is cheating. One my legally member of the church but not member of the family of God.
Because jsr1221 we still have those who claim to be a True Christian who are teaching lies from the Roman Catholic Church to deceive people into following Mary as their God.
Mwc68 is a good example of this. He is twisting the Scriptures to fit the Doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church to deceive people into spending Eternity in the Lake of Fire with him.
We need to bring the Gospel of Salvation to the Roman Catholics so they can also become Children of God and enter into Heaven with us True Christians.
This is why I'm debating with these Roman Catholics showing them the Truth in the Scriptures that they so desperately need.

I don't twist the scriptures, I'm not as clever as you. Everything I have defended the Church with is doctrine. I don't do the private interpreting thing, because evidenced from this site and its thousands of opinions all claiming guidance from the Holy Spirit, well that can't be right.
Why defend a mere religion, when the RCC is not the Church in any way. You could use a bit of revelation from the Holy Spirit if you would crack open your bible and read it with a prayerful and expectant heart. God's opinion is what matters, and not some dusty old magisterium.

God through the Scriptures, and in fact the early church which would have none of the later heresies of the Roman Catholic church.
but your problem is that you don't understand how the Holy Spirit works. He applies the Scriptures in different ways to different people depending on what He knows of their situation. But He leaves no doubt about what are the essential doctrines.
He never taught or encouraged a hierarchy, nor does He establish lifeless liturgy. He calls men and women to a living relationship with Jesus Christ, and His people to true unfettered worship.
