hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!! this is 150% accurate! lol i called one particular company (i won't say which one but... one word: government. teehee), and i was on hold for about 30 mins. i kid you not! boss said, "stay on the line. put the phone on speaker, work on your assignments, and wait for CS to answer. they want you to hang up! that's why they take their time answering!" lol
after someone answered, turned out i was sent to the wrong department!!!! gah. the 2nd time i was on hold, it wasn't for long. but still.
