Good morning, everyone.

Just wanted to say THANKS SO MUCH for your prayers for my Dad. He's doing well and as I just told someone, I'm glad the doctor is making him stay where he is or he'd do something crazy like go golfing. :rolleyes: Thanks very much for your time and concerns. *hugs*

I was just reading all some of the titles of the latest threads and it seems like everyone is looking for something... "Looking for... Catholics... 7th Day Adventists... single girls... single boys (to chat with)..." I'm feeling kind of left out.

Kind of makes me want to write a post saying that I'm looking for something too... such as, at this moment, A Matching Pair of Socks, A Healthy Non-Meat Protein Source I Won't Get Sick Of (I'm tired of beans and eggs), and Houseplants I Cannot Kill.

Nuts and seeds supposedly are good for protein intake

Give Olerica a hand. She totally helped someone through some painful spiritual and emotional struggles last night.
 
Cinder and I had an awesome conversation too. We were talking of destroying each other, eating philosoraptors, eliminating humans, visiting India and understanding Asian culture. Unfortunately, I had to attend to some work and by the time I had returned she was already captured.by my minions. :p

It was "Legs" day at the gym. I started off with leg press. As like last Wednesday I pressed 360lbs. And then I blew a fuse... you ever felt like you can't physically exert yourself anymore? My eyes become red, I wanted to throw up and I couldn't stand or walk! It was awful because I had done the same weight last week but today the form was better. Anyway, now my trainer wants me to have 6 slices of bread with peanut butter and a glass of milk for a pre-workout diet!! :eek:

Moving on... I wonder how Rachel's date went last night. :rolleyes:

Bro, I would gladly like to give a hand for my sister... even an arm! But I have need of it for the next 40 years at least! :p

all you Scotts have dragons. It's unfair really. Brits have them too only they've banned the flying and fire breathing making em' just ... well, like regular Brits.
