nearly lost my man card again recently. Went to a big dinner a while back, the restroom doors were both propped open after having been cleaned. So I go in, there were no urinals, but dispensers for lady things! Ooops! So I slipped outta there swiftly, glad no one was in there or saw me. Maybe the signs should be above the door instead!

By age I have seen I´m loosing some grip. Of course, I cannot tell -exactly- what it is but many (my age) will know it for sure.

Thank you Grace! :D That was from experience. My friend who is 6'2" is scared of horror movies. Once while watching The Devil Inside with a few friends, he shrieked and grabbed the arm of another friend who was sitting next to him. :D

I realize I'm not refined. I don't have the panache or elegance of many of the finer company on this site and my opinions are not sought for the higher callings, but I totally lose it when I hear this. Don't even know what they're saying and I cry like a little baby. And nobody sings it like Pavarotti..... nobody. One of the last performances.

This was beautiful. I did not understand a single word. But Pavarotti's singing was so powerful. Especially in the last line 'Vincerei!'. He gave that last word every strength he could muster. :)

Hmmmm things that could get my man card pulled.....maybe:

I like snow globes

I like wind-up music boxes

I have a few stuffed animals in my bedroom

I like pillows; I even have a plaid body pillow. (Do I get points back for my pillows not being "frilly"?) ;)

I like the movies "While You Were Sleeping" and "Bring it On"

I like to drink wine sometimes

I like dark chocolate

I put cream conditioner in my hair (while in the shower)

That pretty much does it for me.

I do that too.

As far as the cream conditioner goes, I use it because my head hair is very course. If I'm not careful, it will start to spike up, especially when I'm due for a haircut. ;)

Well, just the other day, I may or may not have told a woman jokingly she could call me lily. No regrets though - not a single one.

Man card still perfectly intact.
