I really like checking in on y'all here... Such a welcoming and friendly bunch.

I've actually been in a very up and down mood lately... I come here when my more mischievous side wants to play.

Well we welcome all here! Lol...if it wasn't for the love of my sisters in Christ here on CC! I may be captured by the frigid, vain, self absorbed, reprimandments of the world outside my peace within!.....… Lol...Naw...not that! ........I take CC instead! Lol!

It feels so good to be back home. I had a great morning even though my migraine kept hurting really bad. I had a golden opportunity to shred a box of papers this morning and all the instructors were impressed with how fast I was able to get it all done. I think I might go lay down and see how I feel after a while.

Well heres my cute little true story. Bout months ago...I was emailing kodiak saying...Hey kodiak! I'm hunting rocks! Lol". I jokingly said to the young man..." Lol...if I find your name on a rock kodiak...we will be famous!". HaHa then jokingly for a smile...I didn't find your name kody lmho...but ur avitar! Remember that kody...wasn't that hilarious kiddo? Does helping others cause stress? Yes. More demand on the body.

Don't know, but try to stay with your daily eating habit when you help others. You may already do that.

So you get migraines when you help others, but you continue to help!

I will remember that.
