Blonds answer would have been greedy blood sucker.....but then your landlord might be a really nice guy so I shouldn't call him names since I don't know him.....

My mortgage keeps going up because the taxes and insurance keep going up but then I live in Florida so if a stiff wind blows the insurance goes up.......strangely this year insurance went down almost $100.00......maybe they saw I turned 60 and gave me the you are getting decrepit rate....lol

Speaking of Hulk Hogan my daughter was in a Target a few years ago and she emailed me a picture of her standing next to him.....apparently she was shopping and heard his voice in the next isle....Her not being shy asked if she could take a picture with him and there they stood in Target with his arm around her....Cute picture....of them both....so he is a nice guy at least to pretty girls....

Some of the departments do take those things fairly seriously,and you may not be the only one that person has done this to. As long as you don't delete it they can often times back track it.

I decided to text him back. I said to him to let me know who he is before I take his threat seriously and report him to the police. That got his attention and he said he thought I was a friend of his. He wanted to know if my name was Chris, which it isn't. He apologized and I accepted.
