I actually didn't know Lact-aid made a supplement until I looked it up just now... I thought they just made the milk, etc that was safe for lactose-intolerant people. If dairy was your only "problem food", those pills and the lact-aid pills should work about the same, because they both have lactase in them.

I have issues with so many foods and apparently my body doesn't make its own enzymes like it should >.< so I take the broad-spectrum enzyme pills I linked to.

You ever try homemade? I actually love homemade....I do know of a nice dairy bar, right next to a pond, it is out in the country...best icecream and awesome scenery....when I could go, they all knew what I ordered every time...:)

I have a friend that does grocery shopping for people (mainly those who use his service are those who can't drive). I would say you could call and have him deliver ice cream, but I think Florida to Texas would be a little bit of a way's out. That, and who wants melted ice cream?
