also, me and ice cream are no longer friends...

I think me and dairy products need to have a one-on-one together and talk this out. I'm a summer baby, meaning I need ice cream in my life during the summer... I need cheese, I need milk.... Did I mention I need ice cream!? >_>

Try so delicious icecream....it is made with coconut milk. A nurse recently told my family about that because my dad can't have milk.

I actually didn't know Lact-aid made a supplement until I looked it up just now... I thought they just made the milk, etc that was safe for lactose-intolerant people. If dairy was your only "problem food", those pills and the lact-aid pills should work about the same, because they both have lactase in them.

I have issues with so many foods and apparently my body doesn't make its own enzymes like it should >.< so I take the broad-spectrum enzyme pills I linked to.
