Im not going to say any names, but someone on this site was bullying me. Im not sure if it was meant to or not but in a post they said something that didn't make me feel good. It didn't seem like it was agent the rules or anything what they were saying, it was just making me feel bad. I know what your thinking "oh its one comment ignore it" no. One comment can make a difference in life. anyway long story short or short story long...is there a number or a way i can talk to a mod without making an official report?

If you don't make an official report then what's the point? Just telling a mod without making an official report is useless as, unless the person is blatantly breaking the rules, they won't do anything.
Even if you make an official complaint there's no guarantee they will because they view most complaints against what others say as not worth acknowledging since there are a lot of piddly complaints.
So if someone just hurt your feelings, then complaining, whether officially, or unofficially, won't do you any good.

And we do have the User2User Tech section for questions like this.

If you do want to report someone, or even accuse them 'unofficially' you still have to be able to provide evidence. Show them a post, an email, etc... if you simply state it and have no evidence to support it you will be told 'nothing we can do'.

if it is a post, click report
if an email, I suppose there is a similar function (if not, email it to a moderator)
if in chat, notify a mod as it happens

only way to deal with it (otherwise I could just claim that Ugly bit me to get him in trouble).
 
usually the mods can be found in some of the chat rooms when they are online.. if you can't find a mod, ask one of us and we can certainly find one for you.
 
Site staff is reached through the site via messaging. If you don't want to report a post via the report feature, that's certainly your prerogative. Contacting site staff over the matter seems no different to me than clicking that little button of wonder, however.

Please bear in mind that unless someone is actually infringing upon the site's rules and/or is way out of line over something, the administrators and moderators reserve the right to not take any action.

If you just want to talk to somebody about what happened (since you said you don't want to make any official report, after all), then here we are. :)
 
interpol and other police regulatory agencies have reported that every forum and every chat room has sexual predators (for men, women, and children)
so
don't be overly surprised if one contacts you, but do be aware not to share personal information online in any chatroom or forum.... not even (and especially) not 'christian' ones (or medical ones) (religious and medical have the worst record of all, practically, (until recently anyway) )

the muslins have very openly been seeking 'harems' (for this life and for the next life) on some forums and chat rooms for the last 15 years or so.... they aren't shy about it at all..... don't ever go to pms, skype, or private contact with someone like that..... it is never safe.
