I didn't even HAVE ice cream!! It was pizza, pretzel rods with cheese and a chocolate chip cookie... And I split all three of those with 2 friends. So I have no clue what's going on... Only I can't eat and I'm afraid to drink anything 
Gatorade? or something similar to replace the electrolytes you're losing.

Do drink something, (just a little bit at the time. ) Water with a tiny bit of lemon is nice.

I was being hammered on a long term issue,but as I have gotten older the Lord has shown I can start to see the warning signs that if I am not very careful with it I could very easily go into a very deep depression. I am just so tired of feeling like I am being split in two and I just long to be whole. It's the constant every day being in pain and some days it's easier to deal with and other days I feel like it's hammering me down. And last night was one. God is so good that He helped me through this,but there are times when it's How much longer Lord? I know this will pass but it's going to a rough one this time.

Praying for you Sarah! God loves you so much...you know He is with you. I am always here if you need prayers or just to talk. I think that's why I act silly at times...it makes me forget things in life that would make me cry. I watched the dawn this morning...and another beautiful day I breathe, and I told God I love you...thank you! And I told the devil...whatever this day brings to me, I am in Gods light..and devil you will never have me! Please know I love you Sarah..we all love you! Be strong sister! You are in Gods light, no matter what sorrows or pains befall on us.
