MPW, where you been, woman? lol
I've been here all along, just not on this thread. I happened to read about Angela on the home page news feed and wanted to join in the prayer. You have rep. :)

Hang on sis, everyone here knows you don't care a jot about the rep, people just want to show their appreciation. It was a wonderful heartfelt prayer, I loved the words and you summed it up - we all want a miracle.

So I found out today my cousin got engaged at the beginning of the month. They are planning for the wedding to be around Thanksgiving 2016. Congrats to her! I know at the reception, though, after a few glasses of alcohol, my aunt and grandmother will start asking "when are you going to bring a girl home and get married?". It'll be just like Christmas eve dinner all over again. Then again, who knows... Might have a plus one. Only God knows the answer to that.

My grandma was special!...lol...The funniest was we went to the bakery once...and granny bought a cake. Well for 5 miles a young man followed her waving at her wildly. Well granny got really annoyed at the man, and at a red light, she rolled her window down. She shouted at the man..." Listen here you little whippersnapper of a sex fiend you!...How dare you flirt and follow me..I'm old enough to be your grandmother, and I WILL call the police on you!".....well I was ten and saw the man's mouth drop open...and he said to granny...." Listen grandma! I'm not flirting with you! I have followed you for five miles, to tell you...that you have a bakery cake on top of your car!". ROFL...granny was embarrassed...but we laughed about it!...Lol..true story I promise it! Lol

Both of mine are wonderful. I only have them as far as grandparents go. I never met my grandfather on my mom's side, and the one on my dad's side passed away from cancer December 23, 2006. My grandmother on my mom's side is in her 80s, whereas the one on my dad's is in her 70s. I see the one on my mom's about once a month. The one on my dad's side lives on the other coast of Florida. Actually haven't seen her since the summer I graduated high school, and that was 6 years ago. Only her and my aunt, who also lives on the west coast of Florida, are the only ones left on my dad's side. Well, besides a bunch of cousins I don't know about that live in Illinois through my grandfather.

I tried but failed (sigh) to post an album of my children & grandchildren & me. Blue_Ladybug sent me a link to help but the photos aren't loading to my album here. I can't even email them via my mailbox. GAAHH!! :p Anyhoo, if you'd like to see my beautiful family, I can email the photos you directly from my Gmail account. Let me know!

I emailed a few of you with my email, in case you'd be interested. :)
