well, kids, various aches and pains....rheumatiz and that stuff.

Well, I made a big mistake tonight! Yep - cooking from my office. It was just rice and heat up a casserole. The casserole turned out fine, but the rice! Yikes! Not sure if I put the wrong amount of water in, but it was hard and burned.
Lesson learned.
As for HD, I am with Ellie's kids. I remember watching a show once and going from HD to regular. I could not even see the regular. I have bad cataracts, and I think the HD and the extra pixels makes it much easier on my poor eyes. I won't watch regular anymore. Maybe after my cataract surgery?? That may be sooner rather than later, with the amount of prednisone I am consuming these days. (I start my new meds tomorrow - pray that they work and work quickly, so I can get off the cortisone!)

Hey friends I hope this makes you laugh because this old painting I did is such a dreadful portrayal of the beautiful West...see I cant paint cattle...ROFL..so years ago..I titled this painting.."After The Round Up"....because since I cant paint cattle...er...the cows are gone home...therefore this masterpiece...is titled. "After The Round Up"...bahaha...its a brilliant idea..Hope u all laughed..because its true..lol..love u all.

phew....I still have nightmares from my law enforcement class lol (not really)
drill sergeants are rather interesting.....
Can you stay fit by running from the treadmill? that sounds like my type of exercise....
