lol, I am so used to explaining it to my mom, that a friend asked me for computer help and I explained it without using computer terms....you don't understand something completely unless you can explain it to a little kid or your parents depending on what it is.....technology, kids understandLOL!

That's why I dread being late but I usually call. And I don't mind waiting once I get there if I was the one causing everyone else to wait. I figure that's part of the process to get things back on track. I find employees are very helpful when we respond like this because kindness really is the key.

Pausing to lift them in prayer, asking His covering to protect them from any possibly accidents or injuries. And for the BP.
I'll continue to keep them in prayer as the Holy Spirit brings them to mind.

Me too. I figure that's how the Lord would have me respond. Not everyone will feel this sort of accountability.
But then again, this is integrity my parents taught me growing up too.
