I love Evelyn Wood! My wife used to teach Speed Reading (Spd rdn). I took her class, and almost made it up to 300 wpm.... and actually with a bit of comprehension.

Well, so far at a little past 7:30 everything is going pretty good over here. I have to go shopping later for a banquet I got invited to next week. I am not too excited about it.

I actually like both colors and I wish I could wear something like that. Although, I have to wear something of business formal.

No worries, you were actually giving me ideas in what to wear and I definitely need them because I have none. I actually got a scholarship for fall term last year and one of the requirements in that scholarship was to attend this event and I got the invitation two weeks ago. Do you have any ideas of what I could wear?

What are the requirements? Don't worry too much about it, I am sure you will look nice with whatever you choose....
 
Honestly cmarieh...your vibrant kind personality will light the room at any dreadful banquet! Lol....I can't imagine that you would ever make a fashion 'faux pas'.....anywhere! Just be yourself...wear your first instinct choice! You will be fine honey. :-)
 
i love it when people are joyful. i have so many patients are just joyful. sometimes, i'll be stressing out at my desk, and they enter like a ray of sunshine!

The requirements were to maintain a certain GPA, Major in Business or Accounting, and be a full time student. I tend to over think many things and that is really nice to say.

A lot of it is learning to expand your peripheral vision to focus on the center of a line while absorbing at least six words to either side as you flow downward.

It's really not hard to reach 500 wpm in a week or two. (The record is something like 4,300 wpm with about 62% comprehension... Some gal named Anne something)
