I apologize everyone! But coming from a woman who's ex husband at the age of nineteen repeatedly smacked her in the head...so mama wouldn't see the bruise,...just BECAUSE...he had a bad day at work! Forgive me Vigilant Warrior...but I don't find this picture...especially the repeat over and over again....er? Comedy?

Ok, then, Mr. Smartie-Pants.......... first MacGyver would put the back end of the car up on blocks like they do in every rural town in America... then he'd fill the trunk up with all the cinder blocks and bricks he could find... and then while the car was in neutral he'd hold his big foot on the accelerator and rev the engine till the car started screaming and belching smoke clouds.... and then right before the automobile met its Maker, MacGyver would pop that clutch and let the engine block drop out like a goose egg. Then he'd set it on fire and it would explode. Job done. :rolleyes:

(I'm forgetting something here... there's a hole in my theory and I can't figure it out! hahahaha!)

Geeze! Gimmie a break, Gal. I was just pointing out that liquid gasoline would extinguish a cigarette before it would burn.

I was joking with ya! I heard some comedian tell that story on the old 70's show "Fernwood 2Nite with Barth Gimble" and I was trying to relay it correctly. It's still funny to me after all these years. LOL

It's innocent joking around, Sky, and I do understand how the mind can take us to things we don't want to remember. With me, it's combat footage involving helicopters. I managed to sit through "We Were Soldiers" because I met and admired Gen. (in the film, Lt. Col.) Hal Moore, but the scenes where birds were coming into hot LZs were not fun for me.

I'll limit my use of the Gibbs slap gif from now on, as I now know it isn't pleasant for you. Forgive me if I upset you. God bless, and may He grant you healing and blessing, and perhaps if it is His will, equip you to help others who walk where you have trod.
 
Aww..your younger littlebit! I wish I could sew fashions! Lol...my thirties I drew fashions for girls! ;-) a secret hobby! I dig thee sketches out of my closet for fun! How they would look cute on you littlebit....How are u darling?

I have some bad news about your pet egg.....I didn't realize I turned humpty dumpty into an omelet....you can eat your pet egg though if you like?
 
Well, I called my doctor's office and although my doctor wasn't in this afternoon, her secretary looked over all of my bloodwork and went through it with me over the phone and said all was great and normal!! Thank you Father, thank you all here at CC, and thank you to my family and friends for praying for me!! I feel so happy!!!!!!

Hmmmm...Is it that we like people or that we like what they are passionate about?....I know Christ's answer on that score, but makes a person kind of become introspective, doesn't it? I examine myself on that every time I get involved in a great conversation...

Lord help us to love people not just what they are passionate about!

I hope that you were not in that abusive relationship for very long. No woman should ever stay in an abusive relationship.
