I'm making apple pancakes this morning. I just coarsely slice an apple (leaving the skin on!), throw it into the food processor & pulse it for like 10-15 seconds, then add the chopped apple to pancake batter. It's soooo good!!!

Tintin, they have quite a selection of breakfast biscuits at McDonald's - NONE of which are healthy for you. One of those sandwiches can weigh you down with like 550 calories & 30+ grams of fat.
