Got in the car and headed out on Alt19 North and went through Dunedin, Tarpon Springs where the Sponge Docks are, through Weeki Wachee Springs, New Port Richey, Homosassa Springs we stopped and got some produce at a nice little stand, cabbage, corn on the cob and tomates. Then we tried to see the ocean but there were private homes built along the water so we gave up and on to Chrystal River, Inverness we ate at the Outback Steak house then headed east and picked up the highway I75 South and headed back home.....we were gone perusing a little over 6 hours and drove in a big square coming home through Tampa back to Clearwater....lt was fun to get out of the house and do something different.... Only thing we didn't do that I wish we had was take an airboat ride outside of Inverness oh well maybe next road trip.

Have you ever been down to the South Eastern Guide Dogs training facility in Bradenton (It's just over the bridge. A morning there, playing with the puppies and walking the older dogs, followed by dinner at Yoder's is a great outing. (Take a kid, they'll love it.)

Ok, so I tried a new Meat Loaf recipe tonight ... wow it was DISGUSTING!! I found it on the internet ... Gross!!! LOL I said to him when we first started eating: "It's good eh?" ... (Yes, I'm Canadian, so 'eh' is what we use instead of 'huh' ... lol) and hubby says "Yes!" So ate a little of the rice and switched back to the meatloaf. I said "uh this is gross! I don't like it!" .. hubby says "Yeah, it's different eh?" I started laughing and spit my rice everywhere!! When I was laughing he said "Ugh I was wondering how I was gonna sneak this meatloaf to the dogs without you seeing!!" ROFL Groooooooooossssssssssssssss!! Note to self, stick to regular recipe next time!!

On a side note, dessert was delish! :)

That is a funny story. That is not what I am good at in cooking. I do want to learn how to make better meatballs and meatloaf. It is a tricky recipe because if you handle it too much it doesn't turn out so well, but at least your husband appreciated the thought of a hot dinner.

I'm still praying for you and that treadmill thing. While you were walking him, you should have dropped by for some Burritos and all the trimmings along with my grandson's fried ice cream.
