I got this recipe from my mother-in-law who is an absolutely amazing cook. She went to culinary school for a little while. You can use what ever type of peanut butter you like. I prefer crunchy peanut butter.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix together, spoon onto greased pan, and bake at 350 until just brown!
 
I'll have to try this! Sounds so easy and I love peanut butter cookies

Ya said it SOUNDS delish, thats what got me lol.

Not MMMM I tried this and it iS delish lol

So I was like, what on earth were you doing?

Digging that far back for a recipe that SOUNDS good where you had forgotten to express that?

Your'e just a nut sis (and thats all there is to it) lol

it DOES sound delish, and I DO plan on trying it, but I need the recipe lol.. hence why i dug it up..and yes i am a nut :o
 
A friend gave me this recipe. Most people I gave them to loved them.
 
You can't go wrong with Peanut Butter cookies! so good! I will be trying this sometime.
