Funny little story...with a Big Blessing!
I remember being 14 at church camp, evening church service.,
My cousin says " Penny...I'm going to the alter and pray that Bobby asks me to the dance!"
She hops up...runs to the alter and prays. Then about 50 teens followed her, not knowing what she was praying for...about 50 souls were saved that night. All because they followed a girl...praying for a date! Lol...Hallelujah! Now that's how the Lord works sometimes. Amen!

I am so sorry peeps... I was so worn out last night, I actually went to bed at 9pm... and slept till about 30 mins ago. (thats unusal for me) but this morning I got an update.... my SIL STILL hasnt woken up yet... she has been removed off the vent.... but she wont wake up. she has tubes and stuff on her face and shes trying to take them off... so someone has to be in her room with her to keep her from touching them. this worries everyone that shes not waking up. so they are going to do another CT scan on her today to see whats going on... I'm not really worried about this, cause I know she was having trouble sleeping all the time... so the way I see it, shes caching up on a lot of much needed sleep... is that bad to think that?

I love that show. What character is your favorite? When I get older I want to be just as spunky as Sophia:D They definitely don't make shows like that.

In high school I had teacher that said that people who talk foul, it shows how uneducated they really are because there are plenty of words in the dictionary you can use to express the same thing.

Speaking of foul language, the one thing that bugs me more than the four letter words is when someone uses Gods name in vain. Usually I try to correct them especially if I know that they know better. Whew! Now I feel like I got a weight off my chest.

No ... it's not a bad thing to think :) We continue to pray for her. Please keep us updated.
 
How did we get on the topic of foul language? Does anyone else think that many times when people start swearing it sounds like a temper tantrum?

I hate it when I see kids learn this from hearing it from adults....

It's pretty ironic that my wife just chewed our 14 year olds butt for him and his friends foul language. Looks like he will lose his phone and internet if he doesn't clean up his act. Last night there was a neighbor boy over..of about 8 and they were dropping f bombs in front of him. My wife is not amused. He is my stepson so I don't outwardly participate in his discipline but I do advise behind the scenes.
 
I'm going to use food terms instead of foul language! Like ' I'm getting the cookie crisp up...and making coffee." Lol
