No need to wonder. They definitely are.

Ok, now the "real" argument is becoming clear. It never was about the Jews having a right to expect a "homeland," it's all about a couple of things, or so, tied together.

1) Who today is God's chosen people?
[and this is a valid question]

2) End Times
[which I have no interest in discussing]

All the name calling and such aside, as I read the comments, this is where the real argument lies.

My only interest is in the 1st Point. These are my thoughts, and my thoughts only.

Under the First Covenant, God's chosen people were a Nation. The Nation of Israel

Under the New Covenant, God's chosen people are the Church.

All if this is fairly clear in various Scriptures. One of the best examples being Jesus as the Vine, and His children as the branches. Most Jews denied Christ, and this allowed Gentiles (the wild branches) to be grafted in, and Paul states that as God is able to graft in the wild branches, so is He able to graft in the natural, the Jews who denied Christ. However, one point of Paul's teaching that is most overlooked is the "condition" he added to this statement:

23 .) And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again. When this occurs, the Jews must repent and confess Jesus as Lord and Savior in order to be "grafted in."

All this being said, this reality does not show that Israel today does not have the right to expect to have a "homeland."
As I see it:

Under the First Covenant, God's chosen people were a Nation. The Nation of Israel

Under the New Covenant, God's chosen people are a Nation, The Nation of Israel, which now includes the Church.

Can you show me biblical evidence that the church is merged with Israel? Thanks.

Correctly stated: Under the New Covenant, God's chosen people are the Church, of which believing Jews are a part of. Scripture speaks of the new Jerusalem, yet the Church, the One Body, is what Christ is coming back to gather unto Him. I suppose it's a bit semantics to some, but not to me.

Romans 2:28 .) For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 .) But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

Galatians 3:26 .) For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 .) For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28 .) There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 .) And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Like other points in Scripture, an argument could be made both ways......Church is New Israel or such......New Jerusalem..........One Body, Abraham's seed, Heirs to the Promise, Children of God..........

All I know is I belong to Him! (yall call me what you want :) )

If Netanyahu loses, it will largely be Obama's fault, who hates the Israeli PM so much, he has sent members from his two election teams in '08 and '12 to work for the defeat of Netanyahu by centrist Zionist Union leader Isaac Herzog. Fox News reports today that Obama has given federal funds to U.S.-based nonprofit to help upset Netanyahu:

The probe is bipartisan, which ought to be setting off alarms in the palace ... er, sorry, I mean, White House ... but the king undoubtedly thinks he is free to meddle in foreign government's affairs, just as he's free to circumvent the law and rewrite immigration legislation. And healthcare legislation. And farm policy. And etc.

I understand there are circumstances that require a preemptive strike, but how effective is this planning if there is no one there to destroy?

As a dispensational zionist VW you do not believe Biblical evidence .

[h=1]1 Corinthians 2:14King James Version (KJV)[/h]14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
