I'm not gonna lie... I try to have at least ONE piece of chocolate every day. :D

MMMMMMMMMMMM

if I ever get married, the wedding cake will be a chocolate cake. If he likes the other kind he can have a floor or two to himself, but I'm having chocolate!

Benefits of drinking cocoa.
I love both, but I mostly replaced coffee with cocoa. Here are some reasons:

-You dont get jittery of cocoa.
-Neither do you get withdrawal headaches.
-It is relatively unprocessed and much more palatable in that state compared to coffee. Roasted ground coffee without additions is less palatable (though I love it too) than a drink made of cocoa powder which still tastes pretty much like dark chocolate. I just bring a tbsp of cocoa powder per cup of water to a boil and drink unsweetened... no extra calories.
-Full of antioxidants just like coffee.
-Why drink coffee all the time when you can drink something chocolatey, anyway?
-Cocoa is coffee for little children? Well then I'll be a little child because they get the best :p
-Cocoa is rich in iron so it's great to boost your iron. Coffee blocks iron absorption so it's a really bad habit to have if you're anemic or anemia prone. I also eat an orange alongside my cocoa to boost iron uptake (by vitamin C and fructose in oranges). :)

Chocolate CHOCOLATE

Thanks Donna, my husband is not a chocolate fan so I would want to freeze some of it so I dont eat it all.

Yes, i read cocoa is iron-rich... We used to have some cacao trees where we picked some and sucked on the sweet white layer around the seed before these are air/sundried before grinding. We managed some fresh cocoa tableas we called them, for hot chocolate or that local glutenous rice porridge called champorado here. There was some simple photos and how to's of tablea i saw, but another time. Btw, speaking of Fe for anemia, would you care to share other health info you may have some time, whether in the heavenly recipes or even ladies forum. Thnx a lot.

Oh I was just about to post a pic and I see 4 users browsing this thread. Come on guys, why are you hiding, come into the light and get some CHOCOLATE.

One day someone dreamt that a chocolate came to them, and said "Will you break me into cubes?"
And they said to the chocolate "IWILL IWILL IWILL IWILL"... :)

This looks like a floor tile. You could eat off it. It looks like it is dark chocolate. I might snip off a small piece.

oh, Green and Black's organic 85%. ♥

almost no sugar, and i eat a bar a year.

only thing better than chocolate is dark chocolate covered coffee beans. (woohoo)

This thread is related to anything chocolate and cocoa related, and their benefits. Bring it on!

It's huge so I'm sure no one will notice. And who the heck makes a chocolate house without expecting people to eat it? Now come on.
