Soliciting prayers for tourist who is trying to break free of the smoking habit. Stopped on Valentine's day went three days and bought a new pack of cigarettes smoked two on what would have been the 4th day of not smoking. I took the cigarettes out of the pack and wrote a food item on each one and when he went for a cigarette I asked him what was written on it and it was whipped cream so I am not eating it until I loose 50 pounds and I explained to tourist that every time he smoked a cigarette that I needed to know what was written on it as I would add that to my do not eat list until the 50 pounds was gone.
He did not enjoy that cigarette came and gave me his lighters and said he wasn't smoking again. So please say prayers that God will take the desire to smoke away and that tourist won't suffer too much from nicotine withdrawal. I am willing to give up more food items if I need to as I need to loose weight and I am working on my gluttony issue too. Thanks in advance...

Day Six of smoke-free. The pain is coming in waves. When I think that I am going to snap I drink a swig of coffee because caffeine is now my drug of choice. I can see the day coming when my only beverage will be water. It's gonna be Dasani water 'cause it has a edgy mineral-type of taste. I'm down with that.
Yeah, I kinda like that edgy mineral type of taste......what I make my coffee with.....be happy to share some with ya! Here, lemme get some more of that water...........
My Dad drank coffee he called my Sister-In-Laws coffee battery acid......lol
