As a believer I need to keep my temple healthy by eating correctly, positive mind and exercising. I was three hundred pounds, had braces on my feet, sizes 26-28 in clothing and sleep apnea. Praise the LORD I had change my whole diet routine because I was dying inside my temple. I have lost 90 pounds, braces are gone, no sleep apnea and I wear size 16.
ABBA needs HIS disciples to be healthy to spread the Good News(Gospel) so we must be healthy within our temples.
