I don't care if I lose any weight, I just know I feel pretty great right now. (That almost came out sort of poetically.)
So, I really let myself go last year, because y'know...stuff. Understandable, but not really excusable. SO. As you all know I bought a motorless treadmill, and I have been walking on it. I have a goal to walk on it for 30 minutes a day. Unfortunately, since I'm so out of shape, I haven't walked on it a ton. I mean, I've been trying my best to be consistent, though I went for like, a week without walking on it this week. BUT! Today, I hit my halfway goal! Walked over half a mile and around 13-15 minutes overall (I walked for two minutes before I walked the other 13 then had to take a small break). I feel awesome!
Now to continue laundry duty....yuck.
