Interesting 'discussion'. Question: Does anyone
here proclaim to keep the law?
I am not perfect before Yah, but I do believe in submitting to everything He says. The places that I am weak in I believe He will guide and strengthen me in.

Mattithyah 5:18, "For truly I say to you; Unless heaven and earth passes away, one yodh--the smallest of the letters--will in no way pass from the Law, until all things are perfected."

Luke 16:17, "But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one yodh of the Law to fail."

Mattithyah 22:37-40, "Yahshua said to him: You must love Yahweh your Father with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

Romans 13:9-10, "For the commandments: You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not bring false testimony, You shall not covet, and all other commandments are summed up in these Laws; namely: You must love your neighbor as yourself. Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law."

Revelation 12:17, "And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went to make war with those who forsook her seed; her seed being those who keep the Laws of Yahweh, and have the testimony of Yahshua Messiah."

1785. entolé
Definition: an ordinance, injunction, command, law.

Revelation 14:12, "In this manner are the saints purified--by keeping the Laws of Yahweh, (in conformity) with the faith in Yahshua Messiah."

1785. entolé
Definition: an ordinance, injunction, command, law.

I don't think he is saying self control comes without Yah, I think you are trying to pin that doctrine to him.
Well go back and read his post because he did say that... or try to imply a person cannot have sin before he gets saved...

No not in my case, but some on here are still confused about the difference in thinking that some are preaching to keep the mosaic law, when actually we are preaching love and obedience to the Lord. Which is two different things.
The Law of Moses requires love & obedience to the Lord.
In Leviticus is found "Love your neighbor as yourself" and "Love the Lord Your God"

But Kenneth, neither you nor anyone else ever kept God's Law (whether you define it as Moses, the sayings of Jesus, or the precepts in the epistles), that is, except One, the Lord Jesus. The Law (however you define law) is a school master to bring us to Christ by teaching us how depraved we are, that we might despair of self-righteousness, plead spiritual bankruptcy, and trust the Savior to save us.

Thou shalt call His name Jesus, for

He shall save His people from their sins.

And believe me, His people do need to be saved from their sins!

I gave you the benefit of the doubt before but its clear now that you are teaching self-righteousness....sorry the truth is the truth friend :)

You are quick to pin things on me that I am not doing.
I do not make myself out to be better than anybody else as you proclaim.

What I teach is out of love for everybody, the same warnings that Jesus, Paul, Peter, James, and John gave to the rest of us believers. I am not going to leave people in the dark, and say everything is hunky dury and sin can never be a danger to you again as a believer. Jesus, Paul, Peter, James, and John did not say that. They gave us many warnings of things that can not be a part of our life in order to get eternal life......

Dear Herzikyah,

Why are you posting weird names for the books of the Bible?
Among many other reasons;

Those name are much closer to their real names.

"James" real name is actually Yaaqob or Jacob, King Kames wanted his name so "Jacob" was changed to "James"

Matt real name was "Mattithyah" and it means gift of Yahweh.

Hizikyah means "Yahweh will prevail"

"John's" real name is "Yahchanan" and it means Gift of Yahweh!

Yes I do, and unless they read more into what I said like you did then that is the only way they can get that impression.
Because all I did was post what Paul said about needing to have self control for salvation. The Holy Spirit is our helper in that area, and we will listen to that guidance if our love is truly for the Lord.

Its a fruit of the Spirit...it grows from walking in the Spirit...you can not command it by legalism.

Can you link me to where it was said? Because if I am wrong I will admit it. I just had not seen him post anything that would make me think he is saying one can walk the path of Yah without Yah.

How do you know if this man has "life in the spirit" you are not the judge nor are you omnipresent.

Yet you without hesitation imply he doesn't... saying an interpretation of a verse is wrong, or even ones doctrine, but to say if one does or does not have the Spirit of life, thats not for any of us to say.

Romans 14:4, "Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and he will stand, for the Yah is able to make him stand."

What do you think having self control means?
Self control is about not giving into your lusts, and letting them become full grown, and then when full grown gift birth to sin, and sin leads to death. This is what James said to in his epistle to believers, so we can see he was agreeing with Paul about self control. Not letting sin take control of your life again.
Self control which the Holy Spirit helps us with is all over the bible as you saw me post a bunch of scriptures about it.
To spend that many scriptures on self control, it has to be important in a believers walk and can not be tossed aside.

You still haven't answered my question though;
You know that Paul did not write all of his epistles ???
