Once-upon-a-time was a man that maintained a neighborhood. In error, the man presented his wife a bill of divorce. She could have left the man and done well on her own. Yea she would have even been justified to divorce her husband for it was he that presented her with the bill of divorce. However, had she divorced her husband the neighborhood would fall to disrepair. The woman forgave her husband and chose to stay with her husband.
Is it not fit that the neighbors when hearing of the woman's choice to stay should praise God, rejoice, and sing happy songs about the man and the woman's marriage?
