...that awkward moment when you FINALLY realize that cute, almost vaguely familiar guy who is waiting in the nearby supermarket line and looking your way and you smiled back at is actually the butthead that went out with your girlfriend a couple years ago and, incidentally, was mostly a jerk.

That awkward moment when all of a sudden viewing my fb and liking evey post I made, following on Twitter, Skype messaging... what else? Add more... and that is awkward for real! :D

That awkward moment when you click on the news link and see that people are throwing acid into each other's faces!

How diabolical. I believe the death penalty should be applied to acid flingers.

I didn't know the problem existed outside India. I thought this was a crime that happened only in India. I agree with you, acid flingers must be hanged.

Yeah, speaking of that... that's not a new thing you know. They used to call it "throwing vitriol" because the acid used was vitriolic acid.

That awkward moment when someone asks when my husband and I are going to have another baby.
I've got one. She just got to be a year old. I'll wait until God tells me its time to have another one.

That awkward moment when you set your watch to be ten minute advanced, but still count two digit backwards every time you read it.

I'm not the only one who does that?! My watch is always one minute ahead of the workplace time clock... but I always mentally knock a minute off anyway. Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting that! I thought I was nuts.

I'm not nuts of course. I'm mustard, I got a promotion. :D

No, you're not.

My dad does it with his alarm clock. It drives me nuts. His argument is it means that way he knows he can be somewhere on time - except he always knows it's 10 minutes fast, so the end result is he counts on that 10 minutes.... He's still late.

I've discussed it with him several times, he still does it.

A minute fast sounds like a good idea though. Clocks aren't always accurate and that way you've taken out the +/- 30 second disparity in the event that yours is slow.

That awkward moment when you show up to work and your keyboard and mouse are gone.

Wow! o.O Does that mean you got fired, you're getting an equipment upgrade or there's a thief in the building?

this fits this forum just perfect. i have twin identcal cats both were strays next day could not figure out why i was staring at the exact same cat when it was all ready in the house then it came to me they must be twins

That awkward moment when you realize God is telling you to stop doing something or hanging around someone that is dragging you down... and you realize He has been telling you to stop for a good long time now... and you realize you just now noticed...
