Praying for no more asthma attacks tonight. I don't get a new inhaler until tomorrow. :/
Try putting arms at side while sitting and close hands to fist, and breathe out as you say calm, calm calm, and breathe in, Might help, it calms me to do that

"Why do I do the things I do not want to do, and don't do the things I should or want to do" To DO or NOT to DO, that is the question....
Flesh, mankind verses God in Spirit and truth, so we can't do what we want when it is for our best being in unredeemed flesh
romans 7 pretty clear there, but eat slowly and trust God to reveal that and then you will know yet our tongues get all tangled and we can't spleak splain. words are not easy to Fathom to explain, so God is here now to explain, in Spirit and truth,

I had a dream lastnight that someone invented a cuddle machine and I was buying one and couldn't wait until it arrived. I woke up sad and uncuddled.
Leonard Hofstadter created a hugging machine when he was a kid, so you never know. lol

I really hope and pray I haven't pulled a muscle or something is slightly out of place... my leg hurts to walk on it. It's been like that since Friday when I fell at church camp. The pain is like a 4 or 5, so it's not excruciating, but I can tell it's there and it's not the most pleasant to walk on. I'm gonna keep off of it for the most part. I'm gonna wait a week or two. If it doesn't get better or worsens within the next week or two...UGH as much as I hate the medical world, I'll consider going to like Urgent Care, since it'd be non-emergency.

Please please please pray this is no more than a situation where I just need to keep off my feet for a while or maybe even need to simply walk it off. Though it's probably not the latter.

Please take some extra time to say a little prayer for one of our CC sisters who I know could use a little comfort from the Lord.
Galatians 6:2 bear ye one another's burden and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Take it from someone with multiple experiences in avoiding doctors, don't wait long. You're better off going needlessly than putting off needing to go. Small things can lead to big problems if you just hope or assume they'll go away on their own. If you aren't feeling any Real improvement within a couple days i would go be seen. Not a week or two.

If you can actually walk on it, that's a good sign. I read once that leg/ankle/foot injuries actually take longer to heal for some reason, but of course its always best to get it checked out.

if there's any swelling, i'd be more quick to get it checked out.

also, if you heard an audible noise when you fell, i'd also be inclined to check it out.

if it's associated with a joint, and worse on one side, i.e. inside of your knee when extending it, i'd be inclined to get it checked out.

make sure you can move through the whole range of motion. for your leg and joints. pay attention to local vs. general pain. local is, for me, usually more foreboding. such as injury vs. bad bruise. bad bruises are general pain, usually. snapping/ripping a tendon/muscle/ligament feels like i could be more local and specific.

even though you're four days out, i'd still keep ice on it to reduce inflammation. and since you like natural stuff, look into arnica montana. if you seldom use it, i find it to be helpful in those kind of things.

also maybe dmso (though i don't personally use it) some swear by it. it's popular at the vet clinic too.

and in my limited experience, soft tissue injuries are much, much worse. *hugs for evs*

oh, and pound the water. your body produces lots of stuff/byproducts that exacerbates pain, and water will definitely help.

Nah, it's not swelled. Just hurts to do walking and going up and down stairs. Nothing else. No audible noise was heard besides the mud going squish underneath me. I'll look into those things. :) Maybe not the vet clinic one. hahaha

I've still got to touch up some spots (shaky hands today). But I want to hang this over my daughter's bed. Kinda painted it For her. She won't care yet, in fact she'd eat it if I'd let her...but I was thinking that I always wished I had asked my dad for one of his drawings, or my mom for one of her paintings...yeah. I painted a crazy solar system for my son and he really likes it, and maybe his sister will eventually like this :)

You did a great job! It's truly beautiful and your daughter will be excited to have it one day!! :)

I do not get how people can like storms.
Really?? I LOVE storms! The cloud formations before and after, the power and whooshing of the wind, the smell and sound of rain, the lightning shows and wall-shaking thunder, or that beautiful low rumbling thunder. It's great!

Plowed thru 110 pages of my new book today. It is so good!! I'm at a part where this 12 year old German orphan boy was selected due to a talent to go to a military school to eventually become a nazi. Too young to really know, but proud to be selected. Then miles away, a young blind girl and he father run from Paris to try to escape German occupation, bombs and fires. Some how their lives become intertwined later in the book. It's very well written. Recommend it!
