True, likewise my estimate was based on US interstate speeds. I keep forgetting they don't have them things down there.

Our maximum speed-limit is 110km and yes, we have to stick to those limits if we don't want to get in trouble with the law. And I don't want to get in trouble with the law.
68 mph is pretty fast for a dirt road since our max on the interstates (in rural areas) is 75 mph (121 km)

Well, yes. That's very fast on dirt roads but Australia has many sealed roads.
