try no waring any clothes and in minus temperatures then and see how long you last,But that was after the fall. This gives me the impression that we were not meant to wear clothes, I understand that after Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit they realised that they were naked and fashioned clothes from fig leaves.

Dear wouter1001......as a born again spirit filled new believer, would you feel comfortable with any woman staring at your nakedness and having lustful thoughts, or stumbling in her own walk if she's a christian? Does that seem to you like a holy situation? I think your question pretty much answers itself. Search your own conscience and you will hear the voice of God.![]()

The "clothing of light" speculation is utterly unbiblical and nowhere supported by Scripture. The Bible clearly says in Genesis 2:25 "And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed".Adam & Eve were created in the image of God. God wears a clothing of light so Adam & Eve wore a clothing of light. When they sinned they lost the clothing of light. If there eyes were opened after they sinned and they seen they were naked then Satan was right not God.
What do you make of the passage in Genesis where the Lord makes aprons for Adam and Eve?

There are many Christians who are also naturists. We believe that the hyper-sexualization of the human body is a corruption of God's intent and not biblical. Many cultures do not share the hyper-sexualization that the modern USA has adopted, and even in the USA the hyper-sexualization is a relatively recent cultural shift. As late as the 50s & 60s, YMCA, junior high, and high school swimming classes were conducted in the nude for males. In many European countries - Germany in particular - nudity is seen as a healthy way to enjoy the outdoors with real physical and psychological benefits.
