Your comment gave me a thought that I never really realized.

Evolution has no concept of mercy, compassion, or love. Survival of the fittest is the goal and only the strong survive. The world despises Hitler and Stalin and yet people like them most exemplify the true philosophical nature of evolution.

According to the philosopy that arises from evolution, Society is stronger if it does not have the burden or strain of the elderly, the handicapped, or the invalid. When Hitler murdered the handicapped, elderly, gays, and Jews, he truly believed he was doing Europe a favor. He believed he was making Germany stronger and he had Darwin and Nietzche's teachings to back him up.

I never, until this moment, truly realized how cruel, evil, and compassionless the philosophy of evolution truly is.

If we are honest, we will see that evolution's enemy is morality.
You are of course right apart from one area. Evolution has no morality. It is not a moral status. Just a genetic process. Nothing more. It is still practiced to this day. From Fruits and vegetables to animals for livestock or pets are all bred for their useful qualities. We are engineering the process which nature previously took hundreds of years to establish. In fact, eugenics was practiced in America between the 1920's and continued in some states until the 1970s. The forced sterilisation of criminal and disabled people. It was embraced by the various churches of that period until it fell under the scrutiny of human rights.

As I have stated before. On the Darwin Scale, I would place myself and all other defacto atheists I know between a 6 and a 7 but not the full 7 as my knowledge is not absolute. If I were to place those people and myself into a group it would be Humanist. As for humanism or atheism being darwinistic, that is nonsense born of ignorance.
Flap, flap, flap. Twist and turn. Twist and turn. Twist and turn. Deny, deny, deny when the going gets tough. Invent a non sequitur when I have been cornered. Until this point you have been proud to be an atheist so you must have lost your faith very quickly to now be a humanist.

Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood and one of the biggest killers of babies in the womb said that she got her inspiration for baby killing from the atheistic survival of the fittest philosophy.

Who am I to argue when she has proved this without fear of contradiction.

Nope. No twist and turn. Read back over my posts on this thread. I have never claimed to be 100% sure there could never exist of have existed a god. I have always referred to myself as a defacto atheist and I reject the bible as a historical or moral reference. I find any form or fundamentalism to be ludicrous and dangerous and as you have stated time and time again. You are a fundamentalist.

You forgot one little thing. Nothing has evolved so your explanation is non sequitur, and you are right that evolution has no morality except survival of the fittest which is nothing more than kill and destroy if you get in my way.

More twist and turn. Not once have I referred to myself as a fundamentalist. The only fundamentalist here are the atheist as in......................

Fundamentalism – Strict adherence to the fundamental principles of any set of beliefs.

I know this to be true as cycel is always telling us we are wrong and by implication he (and atheists) are always right.

But what did they all have in common? They were all human. Maybe, just maybe, that is the problem!
And maybe, just maybe the problem is that atheists will do anything to excuse their own kind when it makes them look bad and and tears their fanciful claims to pieces.

But once again you are joining myself and cycel together under one banner. We are individuals not part of a group. Nice try. I strictly adhere to very little in this world as every other human would if they were honest.

oh im sorry and the christians in my example which you gracefully skipped over don't.

'oh those people weren't christians bacause they committed murder', 'those aren't real priests as they committed homosexual acts on adolescents','Hitler wasn't a real Christian because he singed off on genocide of the Jews'. They were Christian up unti the moment they were caught. Double standard is an understatement!

Yes irrelevant...since when does I=jag1977 or You=deepthought etc...? Since God just placed that(and again) in your(and again) mind a few minutes ago while reading MY(and again) post. You(and again) are powerless to him(and again). Deny him(and again) absolutely but you(and again) look like a fool to everyone(and again) of God.

What you mean like atheists and homosexuals do when they refer to Westboro Baptist Church and then claim all churches are like them.

As for your last comment it is non sequitur as most people DO adhere to their sense of morality as in they don't murder; they don't kill babies in the womb; they don't get stoned and then drive a car; they don't smash a person's face in if they disagree with them; they don't rob people of their money; and so on and so on.

But I do realise as atheists make things up as they go along it would be hard for them to adhere to anything. In their world of relativity, the problem arises when two people's sense of relativity clashes so who gives way and who doesn't? Obvious. The fittest pushes aside the not so fit or destroys them.

Since society has decided that they know more than God philosophers who are prepared to face the facts have said that 'we' has been replaced with 'I' and as a result it is government by violence or as one might say "survival of the fittest."

Depends on your view and your willingness to doctor the truth.

Is this some strange form of written tourettes? Anyway, why should I worry what the opinion of me is by a person who considers homosexuality to be a moral choice and thinks the universe was created in 6 days. Sorry.

A person.....who is a person?

Well if Jesus was an unmarried Jewish man without Children in the period of History he lived who travelled with a group of close male companions, maybe you should ask some other questions??
Why? I don't have a dirty mind like you.
