Also this topic is blatant hatred to those who are Roman Catholic

Brother Shyness,

If your best friend walking to the hell and you tray to stop him, is that hatred?

If your son or daughter walking to the hell will you say you are OK son, you in the right track.

If so, that mean hatred.

And he who warn love one who walking to hell is love, not all the way around.

People who warn Catholic take risk to be hate, because love not because hatred.

The admins should of just post a threat not tolerating heresy in general and left the Catholic religion out of it. They do not need to be pointing fingers at Catholics. So much for being a good leader.
A THREAT no less...

You can't leave catholicism out of it, since that's also heresy.

Part of the problem on this issue I find is that adherents in the Roman Catholic church cannot separate themselves unto Christ. They are part of "the" church. It is the church which is most important to them not the Savior.

Having knocked on a few doors I have heard the statement I'm not interested I'm catholic more than a few times. The question they were asked was about Jesus not about the church. I find it unique that this group identifies itself with the church before the Lord. Yes they claim to be Christian but they are catholic first and Christian second or so it seems by my experience.

Catholics give equal authority to church traditions and the bible. This is of course a source of much contention between bible Christians and catholics.

Not to say that any group is perfect but a group that makes of great importance the keeping of rituals and rites, ordinances and traditions should do a better job of keeping them. Like the Jews they have rules and laws they point to for righteousness yet they fail to perform at every opportunity.

Well I'm starting to pontificate so I'll end with I desire to see catholic people genuinely saved and going to heaven. The Christians in the catholic church are there in spite to the teachings of the church not because of them.

For the cause of Christ

I am confuse, Is there Jews religion follower save without left their religion and accept Jesus?

If so, why Stephen Witnessed to them and wasting his life to be stone to death.

In the same manner, Is our catholic brothers and sisters save without left their religion system/church without left their religion system, out from their church and come to Jesus?

Can we Invite Jesus in our heart and the same time pray to Mary or other saint?

1. All children of God are saints. (set apart)
2. mary is a sinner saved by grace, She is not God, this she is not omnipresent, omnipotent, or omni anything. thus, she can not hear you pray, She can not hear anyone pray. Even if she could, she could not do anythign about it, Because her son is the mediator not her (or any saint.)

By that logic, you cannot pray for anyone, because there is only one mediator. Funny that can't be true because Scripture says to pray for one another.

I believe, physically living christian must pray for other physically living christian. They communicate each other with love.

If I need prayer support, I call other Christian or email or talk to them.

I am not go to the room and ask brother smith to pray for me, how brother smith know what in mi mind? He is not God and he can't read my mind.

Asking for the death to pray for ask mean believe that the death able to hear us, the death able to see us.

If the death able to see us, what happen to our death grandpa when he see a thief in our house? He must warn us.

And it never happen to me. I lost my tool and $ 400 dollar Freon about three month ago, and my christian death grandpa which love me very must not warn me at all.

The bottom line is I am Catholic and nothing can change that. The truth is I do not have to defend what I believe in or anything. I know Roman Catholicism is a Christian denomination because any denomination that believes in the divinity of Jesus Christ is Christian.

The truth is we should love and accept others as they are without telling them that their religion is wrong whether they are Christian or not. Just because I pray the Hail Mary or the Rosary does not mean you have to. You can pray however you like. The truth is this is how I am and it is take it or a leave it. If one cannot respect that right for that person and accept that person for who they are, then that is their own fault and they have to live with it. For example, I find out one of my friends is Wiccan, do I try to convert them? No I do not. As long as they are not pushing it on me or hurting me, that is all I care about. They can practice their paganism all they want to especially in the privacy of their own home and I would not even give a flying hoot about it and I would still love them and accept them just as much as before I found out. The bible says "Love thy neighbor" and that is what that is. The problem with this site is it is called "Christian Chat" rather than "Protestant Chat" or "Non-Catholic Christian Chat" and there is no statement of faith about "What we believe." Usually, a church would have a statement of faith on what they believe and one can go from there to decide whether they want to go to that church or not also they would say whether they are Baptist, Catholic, Methodist, etc. The thing about "Christian" is Catholics are Christians and to have "Christian Chat" means that would include Catholics as well as all other Christians and everyone would not try to convert each other.

Shyness, just curiosity, have you tried to share the gospel to your pagan friends?

Actually bible says we are intercessors, Jesus is the mediator. Jesus is the bridge between God and man, once that bridge is built we have access to God.

No because in my local church, we do not go around knocking on people's doors and preaching to them. We just attend mass and worship God among ourselves. If they want to join, they are welcome to come in on their own and inquire about membership and RCIA, but we do not go out and try to convert them

I don't mean to rudely pick at you, but why are you following what your local church says and not what the bible says? If any church or person overrides what the Word of God says, it's a cult...

You don't have to knock on doors, you can talk to them personally whenever and however. But as a Christian, if you truly profess to be, our purpose on this planet is share the gospel and do the Father's will.

I do personally believe the church is in line with the bible. Example as far as confession. In the bible we are to confess our sins. I was born and raised in the Catholic Church. My entire family is Catholic and yes I have a niece and she just got baptized in the Catholic church and I am sure my sister will raise her in the Catholic faith just as my parents raised me and my sister in the Catholic faith but I do support my sister no matter what faith she raises her daughter. Roman Catholicism is in my heritage.

A lot of talk about the church you belong to, and little about the Christ you follow. If it's Roman Catholic, do you automatically believe what they say? Or do you actually read and study what the bible actually says? I have a relative who is Mormon, they talk more about the church and what they believe rather than the bible. That too is a cult.

Is there flaws in my own denomination? Yes, but I won't name it because it doesn't matter as long as I believe the truth and follow the truth. Have I disagreed with people above me in office in the church? Yes, it happens, I should not believe everything they say, only the truth that's in the bible.

I have read in the bible before but I accept the Vatican's interpretation of the bible and advice from my priest. I also believe the bible does indeed say also to follow tradition as well according to 2 Thessalonians 2:14-17. It was for this He called you through our gospel, that you may gain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. So then, brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions which you were taught, whether by word of mouth or by letter from us. Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace. Comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word.

Also the reason why I do pray to Mary is the same way you would ask a friend to pray for you and to intercede for you. This is not worshiping her. I do believe she is the mother of God because she is the mother of Jesus who is the son of God who is God according to the trinity in which Jesus is God in the flesh.

But shyness, she is the mother of Jesus' humanity, not His divinity; making her not the mother of God who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I find no scriptures authorizing prayer to anyone but God.

What do you say about this verse?

While Jesus was saying these things, one of the women in the crowd raised her voice and said to Him, "Blessed is the womb that bore You and the breasts at which You nursed." But He said, "On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it."

Brother,

Do you believe Wiccan go to Heaven?

If you love your friend don't you want him go to heaven. Only one way go to Heaven and Jesus is the way.

Jesus command to love our neighbor like our self.

If we love our neighbor the best give that one can give to our lover is his salvation.

If we give a million dollar, he may happy for a wile til he die. He may use this million dollar for hundred years if he life that long.

after that he die for millions year in hell without Jesus.

Let say we have a son rise from other country, and his habit is rape. In his country rape go to jail only 2 years. He come to the state, and you american, and you know in the state, life sentence for rapist

Which of the following statement is indication of love?

a. When your son come to the state, are you going to warn your son because of love and inform the law for the rapist here?

b. Or because of love you don't even bother to warn him.

I am not saying that we must force other to believe the Jesus teaching, like Inquisition. But love mean worry other salvation.
