Ingredients:
8 cups fresh broccoli florets
8 ounces shredded Colby -Monterey Jack mix cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

*I also add onions to mine, optional

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cheese. In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Gently stir in strawberries; sprinkle with almonds. Yield: 10 servings.

Thanks EmilyBeth93. A few things in the ingredients I dont like the taste of, and Sugar is a no no for me, But im sure i can try it with alternitives. thanks for the share.
 
Oh yeah, i don't like mayonnaise, but you'd never know it was in there :)
Alternatives are always an option :)

Welcome back on hehe, But yes I agree, I dont like mayo, infact i hate the taste of mayo, but yeh alternitives are good but also experimental too.
 
Interesting.... flavours I never would have thought to put together. I'm so curious how this all tastes together.
