Well, anyway, the thought occurs to me also that a significant proportion of military wives have tattoos, which are often linked to faith-based or patriotic themes.
 
As for TIM full tattoo says in loving memory uncle TIM 1959-2000

Theybjave already questioned me still attending cause I still wear jeans goth makeup and refuse to let me attend certain things in the church due to my peeicings and tattoos.
 
What was worse the pastor told me of I didn't remove all facial piercings God wouldn't answer any of my prayers. 3 weeks later in prayer I heard a voice tell me to take out my lip ring and see how I feel after 3 days and to this day it is still out
 
No tattoos no pweicings no make up women have to wear skirts no hair cutting nor dying of the hair! Insane if u ask me. Men have to wear slacks or jeans and nothing tight. A skirt has to be past a woamns knees

Ask him where in the Bible got this from?

(In Ezekiel 16.12, for example, the Lord gives a nose ring to Zion,...)
 
Nope nothing according to them it agaainst the bible and not keeping the body a temple of the holy ghost. I do not judge anyone or the church but kinda funny I speak in tongues and all so how is it against the bible and a sin? Show me where it is illegal in the bible they can't do ot
 
I don't do what human want me to do, I do what God want me to do. After I all this typing and talking kinda funny I feel God around me right now. So again how is it that what I have and wear is against the bible? Bible says MAN look on the outside, God looketh on the heart! How extreme some churches and people can be to people like me! Makes one angry but I pray and follow God in all I do

Well, in Ezekiel 16.12, the Lord also gives earrings to Zion. (Why not ask them what they make of this?)

On the subject of tongues, I see a difficulty: they occurred in the New Testament Apostolic times before the Bible was complete. Now the church has sufficient authority to declare the whole counsel of God from the completed Scriptures, Genesis to Revelation. (But I think other threads discuss this, also.)
 
I am very bible smart and street smart lol! I no scriptures better than most lol. But it is very truthful. As for tongues its a gift from God I am filled with the holy ghost so there fore well yeah this a differant topic for another day lol

I think the reality is that who you are is someone God created. You can either find out the good in that, the talent you have, the good you can do in the world, the God way to handle the hurts and problems you are to manage, or you can decide to do your own thing apart from God.

If you have faith in God as your creator, you will search for His way, but if you don't have faith in that you will do your own thing and make yourself different.
 
Jesus Christ gives us a new life ! pain and suffering Jesus did for us ! there should not be an outward expression of their pain and suffering, it will never be greater than Jesus. and it does not glorify God.
