wisebeardman, I hope you don't mind if I borrow your line. :)

Have you ever heard a song or seen a show/video and the words "What is this I don't even???" flashed through your brain? For me, it's this song (which is so bad I'm ashamed to even post a link to it here): Jennifer Lopez "I Luh Ya Papi"

*shivers in horror*

It's not a song/show/video, but... The Fall of the House of Usher.

It's been years since I read it, and I STILL don't even.

Pretty much anything by Lady Gaga, including what she says, does, and wears.

The thing is, I really admire her for wanting to reach out to her fans and teens who feel they don't fit in, but of course, her ways of going about it aren't exactly wholesome. So, I just keep praying that she'll get saved... hopefully one of these days.

I have a bad tendency to be attracted to various pop iconoclasts, especially women who speak their minds. I remember all the huboo when Madonna was first rising to fame, and my Mom, a very conservative Christian, just thought it was terrible.

My Mom doesn't follow pop culture, and she asked me a while back, "Honey, who is this 'Lady Gaga'"?

I was like, "Mom, if you didn't like Madonna, you'll hate Lady Gaga. She makes Madonna look like a nun."

But all we can do is pray for them...

Wrestling >___<
Lol my pops made me wrestle (assuming you mean real wrestling and not the WWE stuff) from pre-school to middle school when I just didn't want to do it anymore, and I still don't even understand peoples' fascination with it lol.

funny you bring up moms/madonna. i still laugh over the fact that when i was in gradeschool, my mom got me for my birthday the "like a virgin" album. of course, i'm sure i asked for it (along with every other kid my age). i knew every word to every song and sang them with my girlfriends while watching hours of mtv.

man, i rocked that madonna look, too. i got when i was in 8th grade i convinced the local beautician to dye my hair some (almost) platinum shade and i must've had a 1000 black jelly bracelets...

we did get in trouble when we took the clippers and shaved the back of our heads.

oh the days.

+almost anything with a mutant, zombie, vampire or werewolf. theatrically speaking, my ability to suspend disbelief is quite limited, apparently.

+when people start talking like "wat u takin 2 me?" i don't require the queen's english, but when someone texts me a long chat with most of the letters missing... hurts.my.head. this isn't wheel of fortune.

+someone asked me to check out a song via rap video. oh my. and by the way, why would anyone want to have two "volleyballs" implanted in your behind (aside from making a caricature of yourself)?

though i CAN see how it would make those hard pews and chairs more comfy...

When I see a movie and there isn't even remotely a happy ending, in fact its aim was to be as soul crushing as possible.

Requiem for a Dream

The Counselor

Cast Away

etc

haha - we were just joking about "I luy you Papi" in chat the other day.

Here's my list - which I'll probably add to later:

Neil Diamond's "I Am, I Said"
the words to "MacArthur Park" - I know the cake in the rain is a metaphor, but let's face it...it's a StoOpiD metaphor.
...why My Little Pony is popular to anyone over the age of 12.
red velvet cake - it doesn't have enough chocolate in it to be a chocolate cake, so it just tastes like sweet "dirt."
.

I thought I was the only person on the planet who didn't get red velvet cake :)

btw....If you make a mess in your kitchen with the cake batter it looks like a murder scene.
