Any church with Priests is a Babylonian church,

Zep 1:4 I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;

Notice: NO PRIESTS any more.
Rev 1:5-6 And from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, [and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

his is why the Jews killed Paul
he told them priests werent needed anymore
The Levitical priesthood is not needed any more, that's correct.

Heb 7:11-12 If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need [was there] that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

Yes the ten commandments are Gods moral law and those who trust in him will keep those moral codes. But these moral codes will not save nor deliver nor set free. Not to mention that the commandments repeated in the NT do not include keeping sabbath. Oh you little ones when will you realise that Jesus is our sabbath.

How can you have rest without Jesus? We are slaves to sin bound and rolled up in it. We enjoyed our sin like a pig to slop. But when we heard the word and gave our heart to Jesus, we abhorred sin and didn't want to have anything to do with it. That is rest. Attending church on Sunday or Saturday won't do that. If you partied like the devil on Saturday night going to church on Sunday does nothing for you. You are just as bound as you was on Saturday night.

God will accept no work of the flesh. He will only accept the work of His Son the Lord Jesus Christ and those who have faith in His work. Get it through your thick skulls. Keeping law will do nothing for you.
It is obvious that you do not think the Commandments of God is important. Why do you think God gave the Commandments to man, which includes you, or do you think the Commandments were given to the Jews only? Do you think for one split second that God is so stupid? Do you question His ability to know what is right or wrong? God gave the Commandments for a reason and that is to sort out the sheep from the goat. Your comments of Sabbath keepers to get it through their thick skulls is an insult to God's creation. Sabbath keepers obey the Commandments of God to show their love towards God and to their neighbour as that is what God instructed man to do, especially the ones that Love Him. Maybe you do not know, there were TWO laws initially, the laws written by Moses on papyris, and the Law written by God on stone. The Law of God was placed inside the ark and the laws written by Moses, outside the ark. The laws written by Moses were abolished with the coming of Jesus Christ but God's laws were never abolished. In fact, Jesus kept it until He died on the cross and also reminded people, that if you love God, you WILL OBEY the Commandments. The choice is yours whether you want to believe and love God, or not. If you need texts for any of this, let me know and I will gladly pass it on to you.

If I understand you, you refer to a formalized type of priest who executes futile rituals. Please keep in mind we are all made priests to the Most High God in Yeshua, Jesus. This is not to say we may print out some kind of certification, frame it, and hang it on the wall to start some new denomination. It means we all belong to the Body of Yeshua, Christ.

One thing that's becoming abundantly clear to me is that law keepers who exalt the law above the gospel are either not students of scripture, or they are overcome with unbelief. They simply do not believe the words that are written.

Moreover the law entered so that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: Romans 5:20

The parable of the sheep and the goats makes it abundantly clear that the distinction between the two is not law observance, but acts of kindness. The above (bolded) comment just demonstrates how through unbelief in what the bible says, people create their own religion.

A good and peaceful 7th day to you also. Perhaps all should stay away from that word, Shabbat or Sabbath, until they learn what it really means. Oh Holy Day, oh Holy Day, oh Holy Daaaay. Amen

.........and as long as we understand that there are differing definitions, and both are correct......

[h=2]Definition of SABBATH[/h]1
a : the seventh day of the week observed from Friday evening to Saturday evening as a day of rest and worship by Jews and some Christians
b : Sunday observed among Christians as a day of rest and worship

2
: a time of rest

There is a difference between just law keepers and true believers. The true believers will obey the Commandments because the scripture and law is written on their hearts. They will also go out and do the good deeds as God instructed. They will also obey the Commandments as that portrays their Love to God. Jesus Christ lived out the Commandments to show His love to God and Paul also told the people to obey the Commandments until Jesus comes again. The parable of the sheep and the goat is because of the Sabbath keeping as God knew that the Sabbath keeping will be a huge issue. I have searched long and hard for the Truth and I am there to spread it, as God wants me to do it. You may use it or dump it. The choice is yours whether you want to follow God or His opposition, Satan.

To follow you would be to NOT follow what the bible and holy spirit say. The parable of the sheep and goats says absolutely nothing about the sabbath, but here you are claiming the parable is about the sabbath. This is just one example of how you ignore what the bible says in order to promote your own man-made religion.

this begs the question, "Did God really rest on the 1st Day"? ;)
this really asks the question: did God stopping working on the 7th day?

if He did none of us would be here.
get real.

HE RESTED FROM CREATION WORK - My Father is always (unceasingly working) Jesus said ON THE SABBATH...and He said, and I do LIKEWISE.

Yes, I know, but shoot, how can we go about doing the Lord's work if we spend all our time worrying about the "nit" pickers?

The reference used was because of the talents that we received that we have to use to please God. Also we have to be ready for the coming of Christ which includes the obeying of His Commandments. We also need to do the good deeds that Jesus explained. All these are explained in Mat 25. The sheep are those that are wise and ready for the coming of Christ, uses God's given talents and help those that need it and will be saved and those who do the opposite are the goats which will not be saved. I do not have my own man-made religion but strive to do what God instructs us to do. I also have respect for the Holy Spirit by using Capital Letters to show the importance. I am not there to get followers but to spread the Truth as I been shown from God's Word. I am not there to boost my own ego as well. I have a work to do and that is to assist those who are searching for the Truth and do not consentrate on finding faults in other people's work.

It is obvious that you have consulted Dictionaries, a man-made compilation, for the definition of Sabbath. Now because man has said that Sabbath is a day of rest on the Sunday for the Christians, you believe it. That is exactly what Satan likes, to see that man is believing in man and not in Jesus or God. Jesus confirmed to man which day is the Sabbath when He was on this earth as man. It is therefore not wise to follow Satan in his teachings.

well, yes, I did look at the dictionary..........and I also looked at Scripture........

Mark 2:27) And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:
28 .) Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

See, my SAVIOUR is LORD of the Sabbath......and IN HIM do I believe........try it! He is WONDERFUL!
