Air Force Base Takes Down Nativity Scene Following Complaint CBS Charlotte

Officials at Shawn Air Force Base in South Carolina took down a nativity scene after complaints. The Military Religious Freedom Foundation lodged a complaint and said the nativity scene was sectarian in nature. They demand a display that reflects the interest of more than one group.

BREAKING NEWS ALERT: CHRISTMAS IS ABOUT JESUS!

What do they expect for a Christmas display?

Maybe they should put up a manger scene full of pointy nosed atheist statues staring at a basket they believe doesn't exist?

I have an idea!
Ok next to the nativity scene, make another scene of atheists filing a lawsuit against the nativity scene.

That would be totally non sectarian and would reflect multiple views of Christmas.

Watch....Christmas with a capital C...a decent movie on this topic, found in Faith and Spirituality, on Netflix.

Wonder what this air force base does on other religious holidays

Maybe this guy could star in their non sectarian scene.

Guess they could put up nutcrackers, snowmen, and candy canes and respect the beliefs of those who celebrate the secular aspects of christmas, like family time, gift giving, santa and what not.

Looks like a US Christmas is different to an Australian one. You'd have to throw in shrimps and sun screen.
