Tomorrow my kids Thanksgiving break from school starts, we are also supposed to have a snow storm tonight. I think the timing of the break and snow storm is good. No driving for me. :)
 
My little girl is a red head!! Now I know it didn't come from me, and her dad's family didn't have any red heads... So I looked it up, and in several places, I read that red hair isn't always hereditary... Making my angel even more special than I originally thought :) I love her red hair, I've always wanted a red head :)
 
Whenever I am applying for a job, I do a social-network scan of anything that give a negative impression to employers. Paranoid much?

God is opposite of this world's type of love. read it in 1 Cor. 13:4-13, and ask God for this love from God and be new in God by God from God a gift of true love unto you to give to others regardless of what they say or do against you and others
Love God's type is the way, the truth and the life that overcomes and stomps out evil in the long run, where as bickering, arguing, fighting just creates sin that brings condemnation, doubt and fear.

Could be. I'm definitely not a fan of bickering, as, being a professional peacemaker, I have to deal with people doing that all day long.

However, there often does come a time when a Christian has to take a stand regarding a matter or stand their ground in truth. :) We are peacemakers, not doormats.
 
I have a praise report to share. Not sure where to post it, so I'm going to put it here. :)

A woman I know suffered with Alzheimer's for at least 15 years. For the past few years she had not known her family. Most recently she had been in a coma. She passed away, but the day before she did, she woke up for a time, called each of her children by name and told them she loved them before she left this world. I can't even begin to imagine how precious that is to them and how much they were comforted by it.

God finds a way. He's amazing. :)

Really.flippin.cold. -_- It should get up to 42 degree tomorrow so, yay! At least it won't be raining. :D

I apologize if I sound like I'm stereotyping. I agree it doesn't always work like that. But this is something that weighs heavily on my heart right now.
 
Is it pretentious to use a calligraphy pen in every day life? Kind of want to... I wrote a cheque with it yesterday, it was darn classy.

It's snowing snowmen outside right now, and I get to push a wheelchair through the snow, yay -.-

On the upside..Payday tomorrow! Which means book shopping, yay!
 
there should be a stuff- to - stuff converter here so I didnt have to google every time you americans speak of degrees and gallons and all that stuff :p

I think I'll start christmas shopping today, though I have no idea what to get for people... hmmm
 
We have some snow, but it stopped snowing. I live by lake Erie in PA, I know we are supposed to get a lot more snow. Good timing for us because I can take my kids sled riding when they are off from school.
