During my menstrual period I find that I feel down. I've heard of other ladies who experienced this, but I wanted to know if I can take something natural for this issue or maybe there's something I shouldn't be eating. I don't suffer from depression, so I don't think I need to see a doctor. But I'm feeling down a few days out of the month and I'm really sensitive during this time period
. Does anyone have any suggestions?
