Although I'm sure y'all will miss me, I'm going to read before I go to bed. I have to work in the morning anyway. If I'm going to give people drugs, I should be wake for it.
 
I don't suppose y'all would like to show up at my house this afternoon and help me weed the ginormous garden...?

Ugh. It got totally out of control while I was preoccupied with painting wheels (which I'll have to re-do some of, because my hubby thinks the silver is "weird and unnatural"...and that's okay, because I originally wanted copper, anyway).

I got 6 flower beds to pull weeds out of too...

I think I'm overwhelmed.

But if people came to help, y'all could just stay through til tomorrow evening and we'd feed you (I'm not cooking!! Hubby is...he's using Arfy, the giant, metal dog-resembling smoker, and others are bringing some side dishes. BUT...I be baking white chocolate chip chocolate cookies....).

...ever feel like you're just talking to yourself and should stop?

If it wasn't for ridiculous custody arrangements, I'd start the drive now & bring a tent to camp in the yard :)

Anyone have a copy of the cookbook "Manifold Destiny"? I think I'd like to try some of it out, but down't actually own it or know anyone that has tried more than one or two things out of there.
 
Hmmm..I guess not. Tons of peeps on but no one is talking...I should really just log off & go be productive. lol

See, when nobody's around talking, I just talk to me. That's...twice now today...

LOLz...well I did what I needed to do,I come back...still all ghost town-ish here. I feel like I am in an episode of Scooby Doo,but with no Mystery Machine van...no gang...no dog...not even a scary property owner dressed up as a ghost trying to scare me off his land because it has diamonds in the mine he discovered...Hey wait! Whhhaaaa?
 
...kinda like the episode of the Twilight Zone where this guy is the LAST. PERSON. ON. EARTH. and he's all excited because now he has time to read all he wants, but then he breaks his glasses...

Or maybe not like that.
 
Yeah...confession here. When I first saw that episode as a kid it almost made me cry. I felt so bad for that guy. I am sitting here realizing how pathetic I was for that & can't decide which is worse,the fact I almost cried from a Twilight Zone episode or the fact that I would share that online with strangers. LOL
 
So...I saw The Fonz doing a reverse mortgage commercial geared toward senior citizens today. It made me sad. So very, very sad...
